A refurbishment in 2019–2020 that involved rebuilding the replacement 440ci V8 and the A833 four-speed manual transmission, repainting the body in Plum Crazy with black accents, retrimming the roof in black vinyl, reupholstering the bucket seats in black leather, adding Borgeson power steering, and replacing many components. The engine has been bored .030″ over, and modifications include Wiseco pistons, a Comp Cams flat-tappet camshaft, an Edelbrock intake manifold, an Edelbrock carburetor, an aluminum radiator, ceramic-coated TTi headers, MagnaFlow mufflers, and 3.54:1 rear-end gearing. The car is also equipped with the A34 Super Track Pak, Rallye 15″ wheels, power-assisted front disc brakes, center and overhead consoles, an AM radio, Rallye gauges, and a Hurst pistol-grip shifter
