included rebuilding the 327ci V8 with Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads, Mahle forged pistons, a SCAT steel crankshaft, SCAT I-beam connecting rods, a Comp Cams camshaft, and roller rockers. An AutoGear Supercase four-speed manual transmission with M-22 gearing was also installed along with MSD ignition, a four-core radiator, and a custom-fabricated exhaust system with Hooker headers and MagnaFlow mufflers. The body was repainted in blue, and the four-wheel disc brakes and power steering were overhauled in addition to the suspension, which received Moog springs, Eckler’s shocks and bushings, and Vansteel components. Work under current ownership included repairing exterior imperfections, the speedometer, and the emergency brake as well as reupholstering the seats and replacing the alternator and the passenger door panel.
