It received its 1k-kilometer service in Paris and was registered in California by January 1958. In May 1970, the original owner gave the car to the current owner’s father, and the current owner acquired it in 1981. The car was driven until 1984, when the engine refused to turn over. It was subsequently placed in storage and has not run since, and a complete engine rebuild is recommended.
