This 1969 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova two-door coupe was refurbished and modified for street and strip use. A 496ci big-block V8 with AFR cylinder heads was installed along with a TCI three-speed automatic transmission with a manual valve body and a 9″ rear end with a Strange Engineering third member. The body has been refinished in silver, and a Detroit Speed mini tub kit has been installed to accommodate 295/55 Hoosier slicks at the back. Caltracs adjustable traction bars, monoleaf springs, and adjustable QA1 shocks are installed out back, and disc brakes are fitted up front. Inside, an Art Morrison roll bar accompanies bench seats upholstered in black vinyl, and a B&M ratcheting shifter is installed along with a Crow Enterprises driver’s harness and aftermarket gauges.
