This 1965 Ford Mustang was delivered as a C-Code convertible with a 289ci V8 and automatic transmission In 2015 the engine was rebuilt to displace 293ci by Mustang Madness in Portland, Connecticut, and it is topped by Edelbrock heads and a Holley carburetor. A Tremec five-speed manual transmission, four-wheel discs, and a GT-style exhaust system and Rally-Pac instruments were also installed by the previous owners, while the seller mounted Scott Drake wheels, overhauled the interior, added a Custom Autosound Bluetooth stereo and power steering, and replaced the top, radiator, clutch, and more as described below.
