This 1964 Ford Galaxie 500XL hardtop was refurbished and modified in 1998 with work that included a repaint in black as well as the installation of a replacement bored and stroked 427ci V8 and a five-speed manual transmission. The interior features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black as well as a Hurst shifter, VDO auxiliary gauges, and an under-dash air conditioning unit. The car rides on 15″ Cragar S/S wheels mounted over drum brakes, and additional equipment includes an Edelbrock intake manifold, a Demon carburetor, a Flowmaster dual exhaust system, and an aluminum radiator with an electric fan.
