It underwent a refurbishment in the mid-1990s and was refinished in light blue with a dark blue soft top over blue MB-Tex upholstery. Power is provided by a 2.2-liter M127 inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and the car is further equipped with a top boot, 13″ steel wheels, fog lights, a wood dashboard and interior trim, VDO instruments, and a heater. It was acquired by its current owner in 2011, and work in 2025 included tuning the fuel injection pump and replacing the flex disc and motor mounts.
