The work involved overhauling the 235ci Thriftmaster inline-six, three-speed overdrive manual transmission, suspension, brakes, and fuel system as well as replacing the wiring harness and side glass, refurbishing the interior, and refinishing the body in its original shade of Royal Blue. Further work included rebuilding the starter, generator, radiator, and heater core in addition to re-chroming the brightwork, refurbishing the radio, and replacing the weatherstripping, clutch, rear springs, and rear axle assembly. Features include a clamshell-style tailgate, three rows of seating, 16″ steel wheels, and a receiver hitch.
