It is powered by a 351ci Ford Cleveland V8 paired with a five-speed ZF manual transaxle, and features include 15″ Campagnolo cast magnesium wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, pop-up headlights, quad exhaust outlets, a gated shifter, air conditioning, and power windows.
The Pantera’s bodywork was designed under the direction of American designer Tom Tjaarda. This example came finished from the factory in dark red and black and features Pantera GTS graphics along with riveted fender flares, pop-up headlights, black front and rear impact bumpers, and quad exhaust outlets. Paint cracks and a ding on the driver’s door are shown up close in the gallery.
Silver-finished 15″ Campagnolo cast magnesium wheels are mounted with 215/50 front and 305/50 rear BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The car rides on a four-wheel independent suspension, and braking is handled by power-assisted discs at each corner.
