A partially completed refurbishment project in 2017, and a custom build completed in 2024 involved the installation of a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 with Jenvey electronic fuel injection as well as a Tremec six-speed manual transmission. Chassis modifications include C4 Corvette-style suspension components, QA1 coilovers, Hyperco springs, and Wilwood disc brakes with six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers, and the 17″ and 18″ Schott alloy wheels are wrapped in Nitto tires. The body is finished in silver, and the interior houses a custom roll bar as well as brown-trimmed bucket seats, Simpson harnesses, and aftermarket instruments.
