This 1969 Pontiac Firebird convertible was refurbished and its replacement 400ci V8 was bored over and assembled with JE pistons, a Lunati camshaft, a nodular crankshaft, Kauffman Raing cylinder heads, and Holley Sniper fuel injection. The engine is backed by a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear end, and the car has 15″ wheels, front disc brakes, Hotchkis anti-sway bars, and traction bars. Refinished in green over a coordinated dark green interior, the car is also fitted with a center console, a push-button AM radio, a Hurst shifter, and a hood-mounted tachometer.
