This 1965 Ford Mustang fastback was customized and modified around 2012. Starting with a C-code fastback and dubbed ‘BT350’, was rebuilt with a 347ci Windsor V8 featuring a SCAT billet crankshaft, SRP forged pistons, a Crower mechanical roller camshaft, Edelbrock Victor Jr. aluminum heads, and a Braswell 750cfm carburetor mounted on a Victor Jr. intake manifold. The engine is linked to a Tremec TKO600 five-speed manual transmission and a narrowed 9″ rear end with Dutchman 31-spline axles. The car rides on staggered 17″ Vintage Wheel Works alloys with adjustable Total Control Products coilover suspension and Wilwood disc brakes. An R-style front valance and GT350 quarter windows were added along with a hood scoop and quarter-panel scoops, and it was repainted Sapphire Blue and black with white accents. The cabin was redone with a roll bar, bucket seats, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, AutoMeter gauges, a billet shifter and a JL Audio head unit in the custom console, and more as described below.
