The 289ci HiPo V8 was rebuilt in 2019 with Keith Black Pistons, a COMP Cams roller camshaft and lifters, Elgin rockers, Manley valves, a polished crankshaft, and a balanced rotating assembly, and the four-speed manual transmission was rebuilt in October 2024. The car is further equipped with 10-spoke 14″ alloy wheels, power-assisted front disc brakes,  a Holley carburetor, a dashboard-mounted tachometer, a Hurst shifter, side scoops, and a fiberglass hood with a scoop.
