It was repainted in silver as part of the build, which also involved installation of a modified L28 inline-six featuring three OER carburetors with velocity stacks. The car rides on a coilover suspension and wears 14″ Hayashi Racing wheels mounted over front disc and rear drum brakes. The cabin is outfitted with black fixed-back bucket seats, a MOMO steering wheel, and a wooden shift knob. Gear changes are through an RP71C five-speed manual transmission linked with an R200 differential, and further equipment includes an MSD ignition, a three-row aluminum radiator, an external oil cooler, and a stainless-steel exhaust system with a four-into-two header.
